At Crimson Floral Co., we take great care in delivering your floral arrangements with the utmost quality and freshness. Please review our shipping and delivery policies to ensure a seamless experience.

Delivery Areas & Availability

Crimson Floral Co. offers local delivery within Murietta for all floral orders. At this time, we do not ship fresh floral arrangements outside of our designated service areas. For special event deliveries outside of our regular service areas, please contact us at 949-702-5142 to discuss availability.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver during the following hours:

  • Monday – Saturday: 10AM-2PM

  • Sunday & Holidays: Limited availability for pre-scheduled events only

Same-day delivery is not available Next-day and future-date deliveries can be scheduled at checkout for week days only.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and order size. Exact pricing will be provided at checkout. Additional fees may apply for rush orders, special requests, or deliveries outside of our standard zones.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance for guaranteed delivery.

  • We carefully select and arrange florals to match your order. In rare cases of flower substitutions due to availability, we will use blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the design’s integrity.

  • If a recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location or coordinate a redelivery for an additional fee.

Event & Bulk Order Deliveries

For weddings, corporate events, and large floral installations, a customized delivery and setup plan will be arranged. Please contact us at least [Insert Lead Time] before your event for availability and pricing.

Refunds & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve concerns on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.
